• Other Cities and Remote Areas: 3–5 working days

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations within Pakistan.

Please provide a correct and complete delivery address and an active phone number when placing your order.

We reserve the right to contact customers for order confirmation before dispatching COD orders.

For high-value orders, we may request advance payment or a partial advance payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or another available communication method.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If an order is returned because:

• The customer provided an incorrect address,
• The customer was unavailable,
• The customer refused the order without a valid reason, or
• The courier was unable to contact the customer,

we may restrict or require advance payment for future orders.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photos or videos.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution according to our Return and Refund Policy.
